Tim to set up as this is State required.<\/li>\n<li>Furnace Filters were changed in January.<\/li>\n<li>No Issues with Sidewalk Shoveling. (Charles Ingles)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>HVAC: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Damper shut to 2% now.<\/li>\n<li>Still issues with Sanctuary being chilly on Sunday Morning. It is not a furnace issue.\u00a0 It was discussed on getting a Representative from Pro Lon to come to see if things are set up properly.\u00a0\u00a0 Neil to check into.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>LED Lighting Upgrades:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phase 2 of LED Lighting upgrade has been completed. Thank you Daryl &amp; Warren for seeing this project through.\u00a0\u00a0 Thank you also Tom for getting a Lift to get this project completed.\u00a0 We very much appreciate all that you Guys do!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Old Business: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth Room Floors . Betts to take care of once the tape is removed.<\/li>\n<li>Security System update<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>New Business: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A large donation was made to the Church. Discussion took place on use of monies .\u00a0 Some of the ideas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Driveway Maintenance. (Fox Valley)<\/li>\n<li>Lawn Maintenance. (More than one application of fertilizer\/ weed killer)<\/li>\n<li>Sign Project. (looking for ideas)<\/li>\n<li>TV for information from Kiosk.
